A Service Agreement is your guarantee that your HVAC system will receive regular inspections and proper maintenance to keep it running at its optimum level of performance. By purchasing a Parker's Service Agreement plan, you’ll minimize your chances of being "left out in the cold" – or the heat!


Parker's provides two different service agreement plans:

Worry Free Service Agreement is Parker's full service agreement. Parker's provides complete maintenance coverage for your system. Under this plan, Parker’s is fully responsible for all maintenance, upkeep and repairs. This plan includes all costs associated with labor, parts, compressor and emergency services plus two Planned Maintenance Energy Saving Inspections/Tune-Ups each year.

Peace of Mind Service Agreement is a semi-annual preventative maintenance plan. Parker's provides two Planned  Maintenance Energy Saving Inspections/Tune-Ups each year to extend the life of your equipment and keep it operating at peak efficiency. In the event your system should require repairs, all parts and materials will be discounted 15% from our existing rates, including those that occur on emergency calls. Under this plan, you will not be billed for overtime rates when service is required after hours, weekends or on holidays.

Each plan includes regular inspections to keep your system in a top condition, including

A.  Any necessary minor electrical or mechanical adjustments
B.  Inspecting and cleaning or replacing filters
C.  Checking operating temperatures.
D.  Checking amperage draw
E.  Checking for refrigerant leaks
F.  Cleaning and calibrating controls
G.  Oiling and greasing motors
H.  Checking indoor and outdoor coils
I.    Cleaning condensate drain lines
